Sell again to the customers you already paid for.
I build the flows that bring past customers and stalled leads back: welcome, cart, win-back. Every one of them gets reported on the revenue it produced, not on who happened to open it.
- Twelve yearsof experience
- Strategy tailoredto your business
- Evaluatedon business results
The cheapest customer you will get this month is one you have already sold to once.
Six things that make a list earn.
Built once, then left running in the background.
Automated flows
Welcome, abandoned cart and win-back sequences that run on their own, so revenue still arrives in the months you send nothing manually.
Segments
Lists split by what someone bought, how recently and how often, instead of one blast going out to everybody on the file.
Timing
Sends built around your real buying cycle. A sixty-day replacement window and a two-year one are not the same calendar.
Deliverability
Authentication set up properly and inactive contacts pruned, so you land in the inbox instead of the promotions tab or the spam folder.
SMS
Consent and compliance handled, and used sparingly enough that people stay subscribed instead of leaving the first time you send twice.
Revenue reporting
Every flow and campaign reported on what it earned, attributed back to the send, rather than on open rates that mean less every year.
What you get here that you don't get elsewhere.
Same budget, different arrangement.
| What is being compared | Most agencies | Working with me |
|---|---|---|
| Who runs it | A junior with twelve accounts | Me, in it every week |
| What you pay | A cut of your ad spend | A fixed price, quoted up front |
| Who owns the accounts | They do | You do |
| How long you're locked in | Six to twelve months | Month to month |
| Where it starts | The channel they sell | Measurement |
| Tracking | A pixel nobody checked | Wired to your CRM and tested |
| What reporting shows | What went up | What your spend caused |
| The first call | Account access, then homework | A conversation |
Your list, read by hand, and a straight answer.
A fixed-scope review of your email and SMS program, done by hand inside your live account. You get a two-page takeaway: what the list is worth, which flows are missing, and the three things worth building first.
- What your list is worth today
- Which flows exist and which don't
- Three builds worth doing first
- Effort and impact scored on each
- Method and scope, in writing

A clear path, whatever shape you're in
Every engagement follows the same four steps, and every one starts with a free conversation. Whether you already know exactly what's broken or want a second opinion first, step two meets you where you are.

02A real read, or skip straight to the fix
Look
Before you spend another dollar, it's worth knowing what's actually working, or you can skip the diagnosis if you already know. We settle on the right path together on the call.
Gut-Check
$500 · fixed
A focused review of one channel or asset: your Google Ads, your tracking, your website. I record a walkthrough of what I find in your actual account and send it with a one-page summary of where you stand and the two or three things worth doing first. Delivered within a few business days.
Full Audit
Scoped on the call
The whole picture. I review your tracking, strategy, and channels across the board, and hand you a ranked, plain-language diagnosis: what to fix, in what order, and what to skip for now.
Scope a project
Already know what's broken, from a past audit or your own read on things? Skip the diagnosis. Tell me what you need built or fixed on the call, and we'll scope the project directly.
Not sure which of these fits? That's what the free call is for: tell me where you're at, and I'll point you to the right one. Every path still starts by making sure the numbers underneath your marketing can be trusted, and a recommendation built on broken tracking isn't worth following, whether it's mine or anyone else's.

03A fixed-scope project
Fix
Whatever the diagnosis found, the fix is a defined project with a clear scope and a clear price: repairing your tracking, rebuilding a campaign, standing up email flows, building pages that convert. Built in the right order, foundation first, always. It's also where you see how I work before committing to anything ongoing.

04Ongoing management
Run
Once something's built and working, I can keep running it, month to month, one channel at a time. Every channel I manage, I manage end to end: the person who sets the strategy is the person in the account every week. No handoffs, no junior doing the clicks. Start with one channel; add more only when the results say it's time.
The things that come up on almost every call.
What does this cost?
The build is a fixed-scope project, quoted up front based on how many flows you need and whether the copy already exists. Ongoing campaign work, if you want it, is a flat monthly price. Neither number is tied to your list size or your revenue.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. The build is a one-time project and any ongoing work is month to month. The flows live in your account under your login, so if you stop, everything keeps sending exactly as it is. Nothing switches off when I do.
How fast will I see something?
A first flow can be live in about two weeks, and welcome or cart sequences usually earn something in the first month because the traffic already exists. A full program takes longer, mostly because writing takes longer than setup does.
What if my list or my setup is a mess?
That is common, and it gets handled first. Duplicate contacts, dead addresses and a sending domain that was never authenticated will sink good emails. Cleaning that up usually improves results more than anything clever I write afterward, and it only has to be done once.
My list is small. Is this worth it?
Often yes, because you pay nothing per send. Even a few hundred engaged contacts can outperform a channel you buy clicks in, and a welcome flow written once keeps working every time somebody new signs up, without another dollar of spend behind it.
Do you write the copy?
Yes. Copy, layout and the send logic are all part of the build, and I write in your voice rather than in a template's. If you have someone in-house who wants to write, I will set the structure and hand it over.
A list is only worth what feeds it.
It's not a service you buy. It's how every service I offer is treated.
Foundation-first means understanding your business and your market well enough to know what to build, and what has to come first, so every dollar you invest compounds instead of scattering.
Want a straight read on your email and SMS?
Thirty minutes, plain language, no pitch deck. Tell me how big the list is and what you send today. I'll tell you honestly what it could be earning.
- No pitch deck, no account access required
- A recommended next step, not a sales pitch
- No commitment, no obligation to continue
