He made digital advertising understandable instead of a black box, and consistently delivered on the goals we set together.
Ad spend that leaks money, rebuilt to pay you back.
I build and run your campaigns on Google, Meta, and wherever your buyers actually are. Conversions get wired to your CRM first, so you can see what the spend caused instead of what it touched.

Ad budget is easy to waste. The goal is spend that actually comes back to you.
Six things I handle every month.
The same six areas on every account, whatever the budget.
Account structure
Campaigns built around how you actually make money: your margins, your best products, your real sales cycle. Not the platform's default setup.
Conversion tracking
Conversions wired to your CRM before budget moves, so Google and Meta optimize toward closed revenue instead of raw form fills.
Targets
CPA and blended CAC set against your actual margin, so we both know up front what a lead is allowed to cost you.
Creative and testing
Search, video, display and retargeting, run at enough volume to call a winner instead of guessing from a week of thin data.
Weekly cleanup
Search terms, placements and audiences pruned every week. That is where most of the leaking money sits, and it never stops leaking.
Reporting
A short monthly read on what the spend caused: leads, pipeline, revenue. Not forty metrics that went up for unrelated reasons.
What you get here that you don't get elsewhere.
Same budget, different arrangement.
| What is being compared | Most agencies | Working with me |
|---|---|---|
| Who runs it | A junior with twelve accounts | Me, in it every week |
| What you pay | A cut of your ad spend | A fixed price, quoted up front |
| Who owns the accounts | They do | You do |
| How long you're locked in | Six to twelve months | Month to month |
| Where it starts | The channel they sell | Measurement |
| Tracking | A pixel nobody checked | Wired to your CRM and tested |
| What reporting shows | What went up | What your spend caused |
| The first call | Account access, then homework | A conversation |
One channel, reviewed by hand, and a straight answer.
A fixed-scope review of your ad account, done by hand inside the live account. You get a two-page takeaway: where the demand is, where your setup stands today, and the three things worth doing first.
- Market demand, sized and sourced
- Where your account stands today
- Three actions worth doing first
- Effort and impact scored on each
- Method and scope, in writing

02A real read, or skip straight to the fix
Look
Before you spend another dollar, it's worth knowing what's actually working, or you can skip the diagnosis if you already know. We settle on the right path together on the call.
Gut-Check
$500 · fixed
A focused review of one channel or asset: your Google Ads, your tracking, your website. I record a walkthrough of what I find in your actual account and send it with a one-page summary of where you stand and the two or three things worth doing first. Delivered within a few business days.
Full Audit
Scoped on the call
The whole picture. I review your tracking, strategy, and channels across the board, and hand you a ranked, plain-language diagnosis: what to fix, in what order, and what to skip for now.
Scope a project
Already know what's broken, from a past audit or your own read on things? Skip the diagnosis. Tell me what you need built or fixed on the call, and we'll scope the project directly.
Not sure which of these fits? That's what the free call is for: tell me where you're at, and I'll point you to the right one. Every path still starts by making sure the numbers underneath your marketing can be trusted, and a recommendation built on broken tracking isn't worth following, whether it's mine or anyone else's.

03A fixed-scope project
Fix
Whatever the diagnosis found, the fix is a defined project with a clear scope and a clear price: repairing your tracking, rebuilding a campaign, standing up email flows, building pages that convert. Built in the right order, foundation first, always. It's also where you see how I work before committing to anything ongoing.

04Ongoing management
Run
Once something's built and working, I can keep running it, month to month, one channel at a time. Every channel I manage, I manage end to end: the person who sets the strategy is the person in the account every week. No handoffs, no junior doing the clicks. Start with one channel; add more only when the results say it's time.
A black box, made legible.
The things that come up on almost every call.
How much should I budget for ads?
It depends on the market and the goal, and we land on the number together on the call, not before. What I can tell you up front is roughly what a market like yours needs each month to produce enough data to optimize on. My fee is fixed and quoted separately.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Management is month to month and you can stop with thirty days' notice. The ad accounts stay in your name the entire time, so if we stop working together nothing moves, nothing gets rebuilt, and nothing is held back from you.
How fast will I see something?
The account is rebuilt and live inside the first two to three weeks. Real performance movement usually takes one full buying cycle after that, because the platforms need enough clean conversion data to learn from before the numbers mean anything.
What if my tracking is a mess?
That is the normal starting point, and it gets fixed before any budget moves. I check what your conversions actually record, wire the real ones to your CRM, and test them. Optimizing toward numbers you cannot trust is how the money leaks in the first place.
Will I get access to my own accounts?
Yes, always. The ad accounts, the tag manager container, the analytics property: all of it lives in your name with you as the owner. I work inside them as a user. If we stop, you keep every account and nothing needs migrating.
Do you work alongside the agency I already have?
Sometimes, yes. If they are running a channel well, I will say so and stay out of it. What I will not do is run paid next to someone whose reporting contradicts mine, because then neither of us can tell you what your spend actually caused.
Ads rarely work alone.
It's not a service you buy. It's how every service I offer is treated.
Foundation-first means understanding your business and your market well enough to know what to build, and what has to come first, so every dollar you invest compounds instead of scattering.
Want a straight read on your paid advertising?

- No pitch deck, no account access required
- A recommended next step, not a sales pitch
- No commitment, no obligation to continue
