I would confidently recommend Ben to any small or medium-sized business looking to establish or grow its online presence.
Pages built to turn expensive traffic into customers.
I build fast, focused pages with one clear action and copy written around the decision your buyer is making. Then I measure whether they convert, and keep changing them until they do.

Traffic is the expensive part. The page decides whether any of it turns into money.
Six things that decide whether a page converts.
None of them are how the page looks in a portfolio.
Speed
Pages that load fast on a phone on a bad connection, which is where most of your traffic and most of your losses actually happen.
One clear action
Every page built around a single thing you want the visitor to do, instead of five links competing for the same click.
Copy
Written around the decision your buyer is making: what it costs, what happens next, and why you rather than the other tab.
Proof placement
Reviews, guarantees and specifics placed exactly where people hesitate, which is usually right before the price and right before the form.
Measurement and testing
Forms and calls tracked from day one, then changes judged on conversion rate rather than on whose opinion was loudest in the meeting.
Ownership
Built on a platform your team can update without me, in your accounts, with no proprietary system you have to keep paying to leave.
What you get here that you don't get elsewhere.
Same budget, different arrangement.
| What is being compared | Most agencies | Working with me |
|---|---|---|
| Who runs it | A junior with twelve accounts | Me, in it every week |
| What you pay | A cut of your ad spend | A fixed price, quoted up front |
| Who owns the accounts | They do | You do |
| How long you're locked in | Six to twelve months | Month to month |
| Where it starts | The channel they sell | Measurement |
| Tracking | A pixel nobody checked | Wired to your CRM and tested |
| What reporting shows | What went up | What your spend caused |
| The first call | Account access, then homework | A conversation |
One page, picked apart, and a straight answer.
A fixed-scope review of the page your traffic actually lands on, done by hand on your live site. You get a two-page takeaway: where visitors drop, where your setup stands today, and the three things worth changing first.
- Where visitors drop, and why
- Where your page stands today
- Three changes worth making first
- Effort and impact scored on each
- Method and scope, in writing
$500 fixed. Credits in full toward the build if you start within 30 days.

A clear path, whatever shape you're in
Every engagement follows the same four steps, and every one starts with a free conversation. Whether you already know exactly what's broken or want a second opinion first, step two meets you where you are.

02A real read, or skip straight to the fix
Look
Before you spend another dollar, it's worth knowing what's actually working, or you can skip the diagnosis if you already know. We settle on the right path together on the call.
Gut-Check
$500 · fixed
A focused review of one channel or asset: your Google Ads, your tracking, your website. I record a walkthrough of what I find in your actual account and send it with a one-page summary of where you stand and the two or three things worth doing first. Delivered within a few business days.
Full Audit
Scoped on the call
The whole picture. I review your tracking, strategy, and channels across the board, and hand you a ranked, plain-language diagnosis: what to fix, in what order, and what to skip for now.
Scope a project
Already know what's broken, from a past audit or your own read on things? Skip the diagnosis. Tell me what you need built or fixed on the call, and we'll scope the project directly.
Not sure which of these fits? That's what the free call is for: tell me where you're at, and I'll point you to the right one. Every path still starts by making sure the numbers underneath your marketing can be trusted, and a recommendation built on broken tracking isn't worth following, whether it's mine or anyone else's.

03A fixed-scope project
Fix
Whatever the diagnosis found, the fix is a defined project with a clear scope and a clear price: repairing your tracking, rebuilding a campaign, standing up email flows, building pages that convert. Built in the right order, foundation first, always. It's also where you see how I work before committing to anything ongoing.

04Ongoing management
Run
Once something's built and working, I can keep running it, month to month, one channel at a time. Every channel I manage, I manage end to end: the person who sets the strategy is the person in the account every week. No handoffs, no junior doing the clicks. Start with one channel; add more only when the results say it's time.
A presence built to grow on.
The things that come up on almost every call.
What does a page or a site cost?
A fixed price, quoted once we scope it on the call. A single landing page and a full site rebuild are very different numbers, and the honest range depends on how much copy you have already and how many templates the site needs.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Builds are one-time projects with a defined scope and price. If you want ongoing changes afterward, that part is month to month. The site is yours whether or not we keep working together, on hosting and platform accounts in your name.
How fast will I see something?
A focused landing page can be live in one to two weeks. A full site is usually four to eight, and most of that is waiting on copy and content rather than build time. You will see it in staging long before it goes live.
What if my tracking is a mess?
It gets fixed as part of the build, because a page you cannot measure is a page you cannot improve. Forms, calls and checkout events are wired up and tested before launch, rather than bolted on a month after the site ships.
Can you fix my existing site instead of rebuilding it?
Often, yes, and it is usually cheaper and faster. If the structure is sound and the problem is the message or the layout, a scoped fix beats a rebuild. I will tell you honestly which of the two you are looking at.
Who owns the site when it's done?
You do. The hosting, the domain and the platform accounts are in your name, and the files are yours. Nothing I build depends on me staying involved for it to keep running, and there is no proprietary system to pay to leave.
The page is where every channel lands.
It's not a service you buy. It's how every service I offer is treated.
Foundation-first means understanding your business and your market well enough to know what to build, and what has to come first, so every dollar you invest compounds instead of scattering.
Want a straight read on your site?
Thirty minutes, plain language, no pitch deck. Tell me where your traffic lands and what it does next. I'll tell you honestly what to change first.
- No pitch deck, no account access required
- A recommended next step, not a sales pitch
- No commitment, no obligation to continue
