Rankings are the means. The point is the phone ringing from people who were already looking.

01 · What's included

Six things search work actually involves.

In this order, because skipping the first one wastes the rest.

Technical foundation

Crawling, speed, indexing and broken structure fixed first. Content cannot rank on a site that search engines struggle to read.

Keywords

Terms chosen for buying intent and for how hard they are to win, not for whichever number was biggest in the tool.

Page structure

One strong page for each thing you sell, instead of thin pages spun up for every variation of the same phrase.

Local presence

Google Business Profile, citations and reviews cleaned up and kept current, so you show up in the map results near you.

Content

Written to answer the question the searcher actually typed, and to hold up next to whatever is ranking above you today.

Reporting

Rankings tied to calls, forms and revenue, so you can tell real growth from a traffic chart that drifted up on its own.

03 · The deliverable

One site, read by hand, and a straight answer.

A fixed-scope review of your search presence, done by hand in your live site and Search Console. You get a two-page takeaway: where the demand is, where your site stands today, and the three things worth doing first.

  • Search demand, sized and sourced
  • Where your site stands today
  • Three actions worth doing first
  • Effort and impact scored on each
  • Method and scope, in writing

How I work

A clear path, whatever shape you're in

Every engagement follows the same four steps, and every one starts with a free conversation. Whether you already know exactly what's broken or want a second opinion first, step two meets you where you are.

  1. 01
    Free discovery call

    Talk

Thirty minutes, plain language, no pitch deck. You tell me where the business is and what's frustrating you about your marketing. I'll tell you honestly whether I can help, and which of the steps below is the right place for you to start.

I don't ask for access to your accounts on this call, and you won't get homework. Just a straight conversation and a recommended next step.

  2. 02
A real read, or skip straight to the fix

    Look

Before you spend another dollar, it's worth knowing what's actually working, or you can skip the diagnosis if you already know. We settle on the right path together on the call.

    Gut-Check

    $500 · fixed

A focused review of one channel or asset: your Google Ads, your tracking, your website. I record a walkthrough of what I find in your actual account and send it with a one-page summary of where you stand and the two or three things worth doing first. Delivered within a few business days.

    Full Audit

    Scoped on the call

The whole picture. I review your tracking, strategy, and channels across the board, and hand you a ranked, plain-language diagnosis: what to fix, in what order, and what to skip for now.

    Scope a project

Already know what's broken, from a past audit or your own read on things? Skip the diagnosis. Tell me what you need built or fixed on the call, and we'll scope the project directly.

Not sure which of these fits? That's what the free call is for: tell me where you're at, and I'll point you to the right one. Every path still starts by making sure the numbers underneath your marketing can be trusted, and a recommendation built on broken tracking isn't worth following, whether it's mine or anyone else's.

  3. 03
    A fixed-scope project

    Fix

Whatever the diagnosis found, the fix is a defined project with a clear scope and a clear price: repairing your tracking, rebuilding a campaign, standing up email flows, building pages that convert. Built in the right order, foundation first, always. It's also where you see how I work before committing to anything ongoing.

  4. 04
    Ongoing management

    Run

Once something's built and working, I can keep running it, month to month, one channel at a time. Every channel I manage, I manage end to end: the person who sets the strategy is the person in the account every week. No handoffs, no junior doing the clicks. Start with one channel; add more only when the results say it's time.

05 · Questions people ask

The things that come up on almost every call.

What does SEO cost?

It is a fixed monthly price, quoted once I have seen the site, and it does not move with your traffic. A small local project and a full content program are different numbers, so the honest answer comes on the call after I know what the site actually needs.

Am I locked into a contract?

No, it is month to month. Search work does take months to compound, so I will tell you plainly if a short engagement would be a poor use of your money. Everything I build stays on your site either way, because it is your site.

How fast will I see something?

Technical fixes and local listings can move within a few weeks. Competitive rankings usually take three to six months, because Google has to recrawl the pages, re-evaluate them, and then trust them before positions settle. I will show you the leading indicators well before that.

What if my tracking is a mess?

Then that comes first. If Search Console, analytics and call tracking are not recording properly, neither of us can say whether the work paid off. Checking the measurement before touching content is usually a small job, and it is always worth doing first.

Do you guarantee rankings?

No, and nobody honestly can. Google does not sell positions and does not publish the algorithm. What I will guarantee is that the work is done properly, reported clearly, and aimed at terms that can realistically turn into customers rather than at vanity phrases.

What if my site needs more than SEO?

That is normal, and I will say so early. Sometimes the fastest win is one rebuilt page rather than another month of content. I will tell you plainly when the site itself is the bottleneck, even when that means less SEO work for me.

It's not a service you buy. It's how every service I offer is treated.

Foundation-first means understanding your business and your market well enough to know what to build, and what has to come first, so every dollar you invest compounds instead of scattering.
